Applying various teaching tools of SysCombos (e.g. send notice, remote command, electronic roll call, send/collect assignments, access control, internet restrictions, video recording, online exam, remote lock, etc.), Teacher can execute various teaching activities to Student PC from Teacher PC location.
With “System Recovery”, “Image Backup / Restore” and “Network Copy (NetCopy)”, the problem computers can be recovered immediately or the teaching environment of computer classroom and be built rapidly.
Create a “Recovery point” to protect Student PC, no matter what operation practice has done, when the computer reboot, the system will be recovered back to the status of the “Recovery point.”
The function can back up the entire disk or a specific partition into an “image file”. The file is for the timing when you need to restore the disk data. (The protection of “system recovery” can be backed up / restore at the same time.)
Completely copy the disk content of Sender PC to the other specified / all of the Receiver PC, and rapidly complete the installation and settings of the system and software. In addition, the system contains “Differential Copy” function, which can copy only the changes of the data from Sender PC, shorten the time-consuming of NetCopy.
Administrator from Teacher PC can run remote maintenance functions of SysCombos (e.g. system recovery, create/delete recovery point, differential copy, etc.) to Student PCs and complete a variety of maintenance jobs.
To separated and numerous Student PC, Administrators located at Teacher PC can easily do a variety of maintenance jobs through network connection.
Every time executing Asset inventory function, can instantly create a statistical report. When the inventory result is different from last time, the system will display an alert message and list out the differences.
With the Power-Saving function, we can set up the power-saving strategy of the Student PCs, in order to save the wasted energy and electricity. Besides, the Teacher PC will collect the usage information of each Student PC and create a detailed energy usage statistical report for administrator reference.
Administrator located at Teacher PC can control and execute various management function provided by SysCombos to numerous and dispersed Student PC via network transmission.
Furthermore, Administrator can divide numerous Student PCs into different groups according to their property or the plan of the classroom, and then execute different maintenance and management command to each group.
